Ahoy, Eric!
Welcome to planDisney! Can you believe you're about to set sail with Mickey and friends on your Disney Cruise Line adventure? The final week before I leave is always full of such excitement and anticipation. . .and lots of
packing! As you finish getting ready for your trip, don't forget to pack a carry-on bag that you'll keep with you during embarkation with
important travel documents, any medications, and your sunscreen and bathing suits if you're planning to head straight to the pool deck once you board.
Eric, while I never want my Disney Cruise Line vacation to end, I'll admit that knowing your disembarkation plan is just as important as planning your arrival. It looks like you've already arranged for
ground transportation from Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport and a stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, so now it's time for the fun part - how to spend a few hours at
Disney Springs!
From the airport, your fastest option to Disney Springs is likely a rideshare service. Other options include the public bus and private transportation companies. Additionally, you could also look into renting a car for the day. Ultimately, for our family, it comes down to balancing cost with timeliness.
planDisney Pro Tip - Before you disembark, make sure to check out the
Onboard Offer available exclusively during your sailing in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. This is a great opportunity to save on your next cruise!
Disney Springs is a great choice to explore during your afternoon and evening in Walt Disney World.
LEVEL99 is the newest addition, and I can't wait to check it out on a future visit. If you're looking for a dine-and-play option that the whole family can enjoy, I recommend checking out
Splitsville Luxury Lanes. We had the best time bowling with our boys while trying some of their delicious
menu items. Our favorite options included the pizza, sushi, and cone of fries! Looking for a
SPOOK-tacular place to grab a bite to eat?
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar is currently
Jock Lindsey's Halloween Hangar Bar, featuring a frightening feast of treats such as the Alien Invader Sliders and the Viper's Nest.
I hope this information has been helpful, Eric, as you plan the perfect ending to an amazing Disney Cruise Line vacation! If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney - we're all ears!
SEA ya real soon!
