Welcome back to planDisney and thanks for submitting another question to us. Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear about your Magic Key pin! My wife and kids have lost their fair share of items while in the Parks, some of which have been recovered and some were not. I do know that the Cast Members will try their best to return lost items to their owners, however!
If you
lost your pin while on Disney property, I would recommend filling out a
Lost and Found report. Try to be as descriptive as possible when filling out the form and I'll keep my fingers crossed that perhaps your pin is just waiting to be returned to you.
Otherwise, I would then recommend calling the
Magic Key Holders phone line to speak to a friendly Cast Member and explain your situation to them. I can't guarantee that they'll be able to send a replacement, but it never hurts to ask.
David, I wish you the best of luck in either finding your pin or obtaining a replacement. I know how much those little keepsakes can mean to someone, so I truly sympathize with you. I would love nothing more than to hear news that you got your pin back! If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to write again.
