    I would like to know if I booked a Disney Resort Hotel with 3-day Parks ticket option, do I get the tickets when I check-in? or do I still need to do something before entering each park?

    Welcome to planDisney! Your magical vacation is right around the corner and it is the perfect time to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. Fall is splendid at Disney World with all of the themed decor, special events, and seasonal food. With so much fun to plan, you do not need to worry about how to get your theme park tickets. 

    One of my favorite things about a Disney World vacation is that they have made everything seamless and digital, so all you need is your phone! The first thing you need to do is download the My Disney Experience app and connect your reservations to your account. Once your reservations are connected, you will be able to access everything on your phone, including your digital theme park tickets. If you don't want to search through your app each time you enter the theme parks, you can go a step further and use the Disney MagicMobile service. 

    Disney MagicMobile connects with the My Disney Experience app and enables you to add a pass to your phone wallet that can be used for theme park tickets, PhotoPass images, virtual queues, Lightning Lane entrances, and Mobile Food and Beverage Orders. You will not need any physical tickets as long as you have the tickets you ordered linked to your My Disney Experience account. At most entrances, you don't even need to unlock your phone. You just put it up next to the scanner, and you are on your way to the fun!

    Some international guests do not have the ability to download the app prior to arriving in the US. If this is the case, make sure you have a My Disney account, and ensure your package is attached to the desktop version before your trip. When you arrive, simply download the app and log in. If you have any issues with this process, you can visit Guest Services, the front desk at your Disney Resort hotel, or call Existing Tickets for support.
