Can the king bed be separated in a balcony room to two twins?

Hello, Denise! Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question as you prepare to step onboard your Disney Cruise and into a magic-filled vacation.

I just love climbing into the comfortable bed in my stateroom after a long day of exploring during a Disney Cruise. The bedding is plush, the pillows are fluffy, and I always have a great night of sleep. Most of the staterooms you'll find on the Disney Cruise Line ships feature queen-sized beds. Some ships offer Concierge Staterooms with King-sized beds,  but those beds are not designed in a way that they can be split. Many staterooms include a sofa that will convert into a comfortable twin-sized bed. Some stateroom categories offer a pull-down berth bed (best for smaller sailors) and some include a twin-sized Murphy bed.

You can review types of stateroom categories offered by ship on the Disney Cruise Line website. If you have additional questions about your specific stateroom, please reach out via phone or website chat to Disney Cruise Line. A friendly agent will be able to help.

Denise, it looks like you'll be sailing soon, so I'd love to share this handy packing checklist with you. As a final step before your cruise, please be sure to download (or update) the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. It will be such a helpful resource throughout your sailing.

    Bon Voyage!
