Ahoy there, Melody, and welcome to planDisney! I love that you’re planning ahead for your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation and I’m here to help.
You will find quite a few free-flowing soda options available on the ships. Speaking of free, sodas are free of charge at the following locations:
- Full-Service restaurants
- Specialty Dining restaurants
- Concierge Lounge
- 24-Hour Beverage Station
- Cabanas
There is a slight difference between the full list of sodas available on board and the sodas you’ll find at the 24-Hour Beverage Station, so let me break it down for you like Goofy getting groovy at the silent disco. Here is the list of ALL the sodas available on board:
- Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, Seagram’s Ginger Ale, Gosling Ginger Beer, Barqs Root Beer, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Caffeine Free Coke, and Caffeine Free Diet Coke
Remember, while you can drink any of these to your heart’s content in the
dining rooms or Concierge Lounge, you will incur an extra charge if you order soda in a lounge or via
Room Service.
If you’re looking for complimentary sodas at any hour of the day, here is the list of drinks available at the 24-hour beverage station:
- Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Minute Maid Light Lemonade, Vitamin Water Acai-Blueberry-Pomegranate, Fuze Unsweetened Tea, and Coke Zero
Alas, you will notice that Dr. Pepper is missing from that list (my personal favorite), but you can still ask your server for fun concoctions like a Shirley Temple or Cherry Coke during your Rotational Dining dinner service. If you’re really looking to step up your soda game, Melody, I recommend bringing your own
insulated cup and making a Coke float with
free soft-serve ice cream you’ll find just around the corner from the beverage stations on the pool deck.
I hope this has tickled your taste buds for all the cool treats you’ll get to enjoy on your sailing. If you think of any other questions before your trip, don’t hesitate to come back to us here at
planDisney!
Bon voyage,
Sami
