John from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Keller Williams is having our convention in Orlando in Feb... our LGBT group is planning a day at the park-either the Feb17/18.Do you have ticket restrictions/caps like CA? We'll have probably 100 or so agents. I also want to connect w/the DisLGBTgroup

    Hi John!

Thank you for stopping by to see us here at planDisney! We are a group of experienced Disney Guests and fans, just like you, here to offer our heartfelt tips and tricks for planning your practically perfect Disney Day! As Guests, we can offer advice and point you in the right direction, but in this case, I think you probably need to speak with an actual Cast Member who can help you with booking, options, and prices for conventions and large groups. Since it sounds as if you’ll be attending a convention, part of the question would be if you are just looking for theme park tickets, resort rooms, or to host a special event?

If you'll be wanting to plan an event for your group such as a dessert party or dinner, you’ll want to reach out to Disney Meetings & Events for a group that size. This office can assist with planning events large and small! We at planDisney have our own yearly get-together, and this office works with our reunion planners to create an amazing event every year. They do a wonderful job and have many options when it comes to locations, decor, and most importantly, food!

If you are inquiring specifically about tickets only, to the best of my knowledge, the Walt Disney World Resort does not offer discounted theme park tickets for large groups, unless you will also be booking at least 10 Disney Resort Collection Hotel Rooms. This is different then what you might be used to at the Disneyland Resort. If your group does plan on staying at a Disney Resort Collection Hotel and will be booking at least 10 rooms, you’ll want to contact Group Getaways for assistance, and typically room discounts are offered for those groups. Or if your convention is being held at the Walt Disney World Resort rather than another location, your group may be eligible for discounted tickets through the convention. I would contact the convention organizers to inquire if they will be offering discounted tickets.

I hope this gets you started in the right direction, John! And if you need advice on the best resort for you, which restaurants are not to be missed, or how to hit all the roller coasters in one day, come back and see us here at planDisney!
