Hey there Kristine,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! It looks like you're planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort in just a few months - how exciting! It'll be here before you know it.
Standard multi-day tickets purchased through
Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland app must be used within 13 days of first use or by their expiration date, whichever occurs first. The expiration date is usually a pretty wide window for these tickets purchased through the Disneyland Resort website (for example, tickets purchased today would be usable through January 12, 2026).
For tickets purchased through third parties, like through employee perks programs like yours, it's possible that they might have different terms & conditions. Therefore, I'd recommend reading those details during the purchase process to see how the expiration is handled for these tickets or reaching out to the organization that you're purchasing the tickets through. I'd also recommend checking to see if the tickets you purchase through your employee perks program have any kind of blockout dates as well.
While we here at planDisney are able to help walk through details of things like ticket purchases through the official Disneyland Resort website, we, unfortunately, don't have access to the terms & conditions of tickets purchased through third parties. Sorry I couldn't help with more specifics there!
Thanks again for your question, Kristine! I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
