Can an infant get pixie dusted with glitter at Magic Kingdom?

    Hi Morgan, welcome to planDisney!

Walt Disney World Resort is a place where Guests of all ages can experience wonder, joy, and awe. My daughter celebrated her four-month birthday at Magic Kingdom Park. Her favorite attraction was "it's a small world" and my favorite attraction was her!

Sir Mickey's in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom Park is the place to be for Disney royalty. Upon request, Cast Members shower Guests with a dose of pixie dust, leaving them with a sparkle and a smile. For safety reasons, the pixie dust experience is not recommended for infants, but it's highly recommended for the adults in their lives.

I often tell my daughter her love of Disney is genetic, but I also think it has something to do with the literal and figurative pixie dust I received as a young mom. My daughter won't remember the attractions she rode on her first trip to Magic Kingdom Park, but I will. She won't remember her first character dining experience, but I will. She won't remember napping on Main Street, U.S.A., during the parade, but I will.

Take the trip, capture the memories, and get the pixie dust, Morgan. Also, be sure to take advantage of the Baby Care Centers found in each of the four theme parks. Moms are the real Disney magic.

    Plan magic; planDisney.
