Welcome to planDisney, Ana!
Thank you for stopping by to bring us your planning question. I love learning that you’ve got a magical
EPCOT day coming up! I hope you’re ready for international adventures, pixie-dusted fun, and tasty worldwide cuisine.
Ana, parking at
Disney Resorts Collection hotels is reserved for guests staying there or those with a confirmed dining or resort reservation. So, unfortunately, unless you have
dining plans before hitting up the park at one of the restaurants inside one of the Disney Resort hotels that are close to EPCOT, you’ll likely be turned away and asked to park directly at the
EPCOT parking lot by the resort gate guard.
Your easiest, no-stress option is to park at EPCOT and enjoy your day from there. You can absolutely make your way over to the France pavilion once you’re inside. If you really want to enter through International Gateway, some guests opt to use a rideshare to the BoardWalk area or a Skyliner resort and enter from there instead.
Now, the Skyliner itself is fair game. Anyone can use it, no hotel stay required. It’s just the parking piece that gets tricky.
One quick thing to keep in mind.
The Skyliner typically stops running not long after the park closes, so it’s not the best plan for getting back to your car at the end of the night.
Ana, I love how you’re thinking this through. That kind of planning is exactly what makes a Disney day feel smooth and easy. If you want help mapping out the best way to do EPCOT your way, I’m happy to help.
Hope your day is filled with amazing snacks, beautiful strolls around World Showcase, and a little extra magic along the way.
See ya real soon,
Emille
