Hi there, Jessica, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for coming to us with your question and how exciting that you're thinking about purchasing a
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package with a Good Neighbor Hotel! There are many great accommodations in the area and I'm sure you'll be able to find something that fits with your budget and travel style.
On the
Disneyland website, once you've entered the dates of your stay and your party size, the site will perform a Search for you and you'll see all the Hotels that fit within your search parameters including a Total Package Price on the right. If you click on Rate Details, it does say that "Quoted Rate includes a Base ticket valid for one theme park per day for admission for the number of nights of your stay, plus one." This simply means that, for instance, if you are booking your hotel for 3 nights, the Package Total includes the price of a 4-Day One Park Per Day Ticket. This is probably because many Guests will add another Park Day either before checking in or after checking out. Don't worry, though, because you can always change the number of days on your ticket on the next screen. You can also add on the
Park Hopper option and/or add Genie+ (soon to be
Lightning Lane Multi Pass) if desired. Just keep in mind that the maximum ticket length is 5 days.
Have you chosen your Hotel yet? If you look on the main Good Neighbor Hotel Package site, there are a number of special deals going on throughout the year for certain Hotels. Of those listed, my favorites would be
The Westin Anaheim Resort and the
Candy Cane Inn. I've had good experiences with both of those properties.
Jessica, I hope this has been helpful for you as you continue to plan your magical vacation! Please let us know if you have more questions because we're always eager to help a fellow Guest and you're always welcome at planDisney! Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
