Welcome to planDisney Christina!
Thanks for bringing us this fun Disney World planning question. I recently used
Lightning Lane Passes on my family's latest vacation, and am a huge fan. They saved us so much time standing in line, and allowed us to pack extra fun into our day. You've got a terrific strategy to add some magic... so let's do this!
The answer is "Yes!", you are allowed to purchase both a Lightning Lane Multi Pass (3 attractions) and up to 2 Lightning Lane Single Passes per park day. When your booking window opens 7 days prior to arrival, you'll be able to do this for each day of your vacation (for how ever many days of theme park tickets you purchased.)
For your little Mouseketeer who may pass one some LL rides, I would just have them scan in at the entrance when other guests in your party do. That will free up the LL pass so that when you go to book another pass for your party, everyone will be able to do so.
It's easy to modify your Lightning Lane Multi Pass reservations ahead of time, if you perhaps decide to split up for a ride or two? Perhaps if you know your child is not quite ready for Space Mountain, you could adjust their reservation with another adult to instead head to a kids favorite like The
Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh?
One last Lightning Lane Tip before I go! Select at least one experience with a morning return time, as early as possible. As soon as you scan in, immediately hop on to the
My Disney Experience app and grab another reservation. The cool thing is, when booking your 4th LL pass for the day... the tier restrictions do not apply, and you can grab whatever you see available. Woo hoo!
Please stop by planDisney again if we can help with any other questions, Christina.
See ya real soon!
