Disney Skyliner from Animal Kingdom Lodge, the closest place to board it is at Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.
In my opinion,
Disney's Hollywood Studios is the best option. You can take a bus directly from Animal Kingdom Lodge to Disney's Hollywood Studios. From there, you can board the Skyliner at the Hollywood Studios station.
An alternative option is
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. This resort is the central hub for the Skyliner, connecting lines to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and other resorts. You can take a bus from Animal Kingdom Lodge to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, then board the Skyliner there.
Either option works well, but Hollywood Studios might be the most straightforward since the Skyliner station is right by the park entrance.
