I love
meeting characters during my visits to the parks. Baymax is one of my favorite characters to encounter during my visits. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate my desire to meet Baymax a 10. There's nothing quite like getting a squishy hug and a fist bump with a "ba la la la la" from this loveable healthcare companion. It sounds like you feel the same way. Baymax can be found in
San Fransokyo Square in
Disney California Adventure Park outside of the Hamada Bot Shop.
While Baymax doesn't have a particular meeting schedule, I recommend checking the Disneyland app during your visit to see if he might be available to meet. You never know when Baymax might be sitting in the back cuddling a hairy baby (aka Mochi the cat) while waiting to recharge his low battery. During your visit, open the Disneyland app and navigate to the resort map. At the top of the screen, select "Characters" from the drop-down menu. You will see a list of all characters available to meet and greet throughout the day. Tap on your desired character to see their availability and where they are located.
While you are in San Fransokyo Square, I highly recommend having a
meal from one of the local eateries. There are also plenty of cute Baymax-themed eats and treats available. You can find a Baymax Macaron at the Lucky Fortune Cookery and a Baymax Sipper at Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill. My personal favorite is the Baymax Bread that can be found at Aunt Cass Café. It's almost too cute to eat and makes a great take-home treat.
