Does my 2 year old need a park ticket and reservation?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Jenalle! I'm so glad you visited planDisney with your question!

You and your little Mouseketeer must be excited about your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! I'm happy to report that Guests under the age of 2 do not need a valid admission ticket or theme park reservation to visit the Disneyland Resort, though all Guests ages 3 years old and above must have both. However, please keep in mind that your little one should be included in all advanced dining reservations and Disneyland Resort Hotel reservations.

Jenalle, even Mickey Mouse's littlest guests can enjoy lots of fun and excitement while at the theme parks. In addition to visiting with Mickey and his Pals on Main Street, U.S.A., your little one will love visiting Mickey's Toontown to explore Goofy's How-to-Play Yard and to see Mickey's and Minnie's houses!

Did you know that you can use the Disneyland Mobile App to search attractions by height requirement? In the app, head to the theme park map by clicking the Pin icon on the bottom of the home screen. From there, click "Filter" in the top left and you can discover rides that would be perfect for your 2-year-old based on their height or age. Using this tip will help you plan the most perfect Disney day!

I hope this information helps, Jenalle. Please visit us again soon!

    Faith, trust, and pixie dust,
    Melissa
