    Welcome to planDisney, Diane!

I've always found that the real magic of a Disney vacation is in the memories made with family and friends.  I'm delighted to hear that you're planning a large family vacation, and I'm happy to help as you start to plan your visit!  While special offers may not be available just yet for 2027, Guests can currently book room reservations and vacation packages through October 2027.

Diane, it sounds like you've already been busy researching accommodations for your family.  With more than two dozen hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection, there are so many options to choose from depending on your party size, budget, and vacation preferences.  If you're hoping for your party of 11 to stay in one room, you will find that there are a few resorts that offer Three-Bedroom Grand Villas, which can typically sleep up to 12 people.  My panelist pal, Melanie, shared a great overview of these resort options earlier this year, along with a few tips to help you in your search.  It's important to remember that the Deluxe Villa Resorts, which offer these larger accommodations, are all Disney Vacation Club properties.  While they can be booked directly through the Walt Disney World website, you may find availability is more limited, as Disney Vacation Club members typically have the first chance to book their home resorts before reservations are released to the general public.

If you are not able to find a Three-Bedroom Grand Villa that matches your vacation dates, you can always consider booking multiple rooms.  The Family Suites at both Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's All-Star Music Resort can each accommodate up to six adults and have multiple sleep areas and two full bathrooms to meet the needs of larger families.  Standard rooms at these and other Disney Resort hotels typically sleep between four and five adults per room, and you can request connecting (interior door between) or adjoining (nearby) rooms when you make your reservation.  While requests cannot be guaranteed, I've always found Cast Members will do their best to accommodate whenever possible.  Since you can only reserve one room at a time online, I usually prefer calling Tickets and Hotel Reservations for assistance from a Cast Member if I need to book multiple rooms.  They can also help if you are having any issues viewing availability or pricing for your trip.

As you're narrowing down your resort selection, I'd encourage you to take a peek at the available Disney Resort tours on the Disney Parks YouTube channel.  They're a great resource so you can get a better look both inside the rooms and around the properties!

I hope this information has been helpful, Diane, and I wish you the best as you plan your family vacation!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney - we're all ears!

    Cheers!
    Kristi
