    I’m looking for the balance I owe on the trip I booked

    You can easily check your Walt Disney World vacation balance by signing into your My Disney Experience account. While you can access your account through the My Disney Experience app, I recommend logging in via a web browser on a computer or tablet for a clearer and more detailed view of your reservation and payment information.

    Steps to Check Your Balance:
    *Visit My Disney Experience and sign in to your account.
    *Navigate to the "My Plans" section.
    *Locate your vacation package or resort reservation and your remaining balance should be displayed there.
    *If you have a vacation package, you may also see an option to make a payment online.

    If you're checking from the My Disney Experience app, go to the "My Plans" section, but keep in mind that details might be more limited than on a web browser.
    If you can’t find your balance or have trouble making a payment, you can always call (407) 939-4357 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance.
