Katherine, I fully understand the hope of making an appointment for your vacation and the frustration upon learning that your desired time is not available. First of all, have you tried reaching out to a helpful Cast Member via
phone? Every once in a while, Cast Members seem to be able to view information that we're unable to see online - perhaps their system is more up-to-date. If you've already reached out via phone, I suggest checking back periodically over the next few weeks to see if any times open up. I have the most luck with this the day before my visit, as that's when Guests seem to finalize their plans and cancel anything they don't need. I am unaware of any waitlists for Walt Disney World Resort
restaurants or
experiences at this time.
Did you know that you can join a
Mobile Walk-Up List at some table service restaurants? This is helpful when you don't have an advance dining reservation. To do this, open up the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and find the page for a nearby restaurant. If the service is available at that time, you'll see an option to join the list.
