    I’m logged in and just trying to purchase a one day Disneyland + Genie pass for 6/27/24. I know it should be fairly easy however, I’m not finding what I need.

    Thanks so much for coming to us with your question. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble navigating the website. Planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort can be very detail-intensive and intimidating for a newcomer. Thankfully, that's why we're here, so it would be my pleasure to assist you, especially because it sounds like your arrival is just a few short days away!

    You've stated that you already have a MyDisney account, which is the first step. From there, just follow this guide to purchase your ticket and make your reservation:

    1. Open up the Disneyland website on your browser and make sure you're logged in to your account.
    2. Reveal the pull-down menu under the Parks & Tickets header. Select "Theme Park Tickets."
    3. On the next screen, you'll select your ticket type, which will most likely be a Standard Theme Park Ticket (unless you think you'd be able to utilize the special 3-Day Disneyland Ticket Offer). Select the number of days ("1" in your case) and number of tickets you'd like.
    4. Scroll down to select a One Park Per Day versus a Park Hopper ticket. You've stated that you want to visit Disneyland Park, but if you want the option to go to Disney California Adventure on the same day, you'll need a Park Hopper. Click "Continue."
    5. On the calendar, select June 27, 2024 which is a Tier 4 ticket. Then pick your starting Theme Park for the day, which will be Disneyland Park. Scroll down and click "Continue."
    6. On the next screen, be sure to click the box for Genie+. You also have the option to pre-purchase a Parking Voucher. This can also be purchased on the day of your visit. Scroll down and press "Continue."
    7. Confirm the price and the items in your Cart. Click "Continue" to be taken to the Checkout screen.
    8. At Checkout, you'll assign a name to the ticket, select Delivery & Contact Info, and enter your Payment Info. Once you've agreed to the Terms and Conditions, click "Purchase" to buy your ticket. You should receive an Email Confirmation almost immediately. If you would like to speak to a Cast Member or do not receive confirmation, please call the Tickets phone line and I'm sure they'll be able to help you!
