I’m going to bbb boutique on 7/6 and also wanted the princess breakfast. Same day seems like a day wasted. For the boutique a park reservation is required. Is a park reservation required for the dining Or can I enter on a day with no park reservation?

Greetings, Ana, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you're about to have a magical trip fit for a Disney Princess. Let's make sure you're all set for a royal visit.

We can start with Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. This is such a fun experience for Guests between the ages of 3 and 12. As you mentioned, a valid ticket and theme park reservation are required since it's inside Disneyland Park. My kids love getting pampered by the Fairy Godmother's Apprentices, and it's a lot of fun to see their reactions as they get their hair done and nails painted. It really does feel like a royal treatment for them. You should set aside 1-1.5 hours, depending on the package you select.

Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures is located inside the Grand Californian Hotel, and as such, you don't need a theme park reservation for it. However, you'll want to have a dining reservation for the experience, since same-day reservations are limited and subject to availability. The three-course breakfast takes place inside the beautiful Napa Rose restaurant, and you'll have opportunities to meet Disney Princesses. I'd suggest setting aside at least two hours.

You're right that both of these experiences would take a chunk out of the day, but that's not a bad thing. Both are incredibly special and will leave you with wonderful memories. That said, if you want to split it up, you could potentially schedule Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures on a day you aren't spending time inside a theme park. It could be a great way to kick off or wrap up your vacation.

Here are some other fun things you can add to your list:

    • Tenaya Stone Spa inside the Grand Californian Hotel offers a selection of unique experiences that can, at times, feel like a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for adults! Options, which are subject to change, include a princess-inspired makeover or a princess-inspired hair or makeup session.
    • Head to Storytelling at Royal Theatre inside Disneyland Park to watch a lively retelling of Beauty and the Beast or Tangled. Royal Hall is nearby – it's an excellent place to meet up to three Disney Princesses.
    • Stop by Cristal d'Orleans to design your own tiara.
Ana, I hope this information has sprinkled a little pixie dust onto your plans. If you think of any other questions ahead of your trip, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!
