    Welcome to planDisney, James!

You have come to the right place with your question, and just like Jiminy Cricket, I am happy to "be your guide!". Before we begin, thank you from all of us at planDisney for your service! The Disney Reservation # should be listed on the paper receipt you received at JBLM's MWR office, and they should have sent you an email too. That Disney Reservation # is what you will use to link your tickets on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Here are the steps:

    • Open up the My Disney Experience mobile app. Select the "☰" icon on the bottom right.
    • Select "My Tickets & Passes", and press the "+" icon on the top right of your screen. Select "Link Tickets & Passes".
    • You will have three options, Camera, Tap, or Type ID. Select "Type ID". In the "Admission Media" section, type in the Disney Reservation # on your receipt, and press "Link Media".
    • Make sure everyone traveling with you is already on your Family & Friends List so that you can link tickets to all the Guests traveling with you. To review your Family & Friends List, go back to the "☰" section, and scroll down until you see "Profile" in the Account section. Select "Family & Friends List".
    • Once your tickets are linked, return to the "Tickets & Passes" section. Your theme park ticket will appear yellow, and under the barcode, you should have an option that tells you to make Theme Park Reservations with a calendar icon. If you need additional help linking tickets, you can call the Existing Tickets line, and a friendly Cast Member will be able to assist you.

James, if you purchased Disney Military Salute Tickets, visit Guest Relations at your first theme park before entering to activate your tickets with your military ID. If you purchased Magic Your Way tickets, you can skip this step and head to the theme park entrance to begin your magical day!

I hope all of this information was helpful, James! Thank you again for visiting us at planDisney, and if you need help with anything else, send me questions directly. You've got a friend in me!
