Hi Sandy,
I feel your pain! As someone who takes a lot of multi-generational trips to Disney World, it can get a little complex remembering who owns which account. We have had the same issue and luckily there are a few fixes for you that are simple and painless.
The simplest solution to your problem will only be possible if you do not currently have any plans or tickets for the 3 family members' accounts that you want to move. In this scenario, you can have your dad delete their accounts from his profile and then you can create accounts for them in your
My Disney Experience app that you would manage going forward. If you have any open entitlements like meal plans, tickets, or reservations do not delete any accounts and opt to have the accounts moved over to yours by Disney's Guest Services Team.
Moving a MyDisney account from one person to another is not something you can do on your own. You will either need to utilize the chat feature available on the website, or call Guest Services to have them help you make the switch. I have had success utilizing the online chat feature and highly recommend trying this option first. It is typically convenient, quick, and can be done while you are busy working on other things on your computer. To access the chat feature navigate to the small chat icon on the right side of the
Online Help Center. The online chat feature is open between 7 AM and 11 PM each day and they are ready and eager to make your experience magical.
If the online option does not work for you or you feel more comfortable talking to someone on the phone,
live cast members are available to help you manage your MyDisney account.
Happy Planning,
Jenna
