Your husband should be able to assign any unused ticket in
My Disney Experience to members of his Family & Friends list. I wonder if that may be the snag he's experiencing - he's unable to
reassign a ticket due to a missing assignee. Any adults visiting with you can set up their own My Disney Experience Account, and your husband can then request to add them using their email address. All children can be added to My Disney Experience by using their name and age. Once all Guest names are linked on your Family & Friends list, I hope he can reassign tickets to your party as desired.
If you have taken these steps and are still experiencing issues with your ticket, please know that you can always
speak with the helpful Cast Members, either ahead of your trip from the U.K. or at the many
Guest Services at Walt Disney World.
Did you know that
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana at EPCOT, will be newly opened for your visit, Tracy? I, for one, can't wait to cool down in the water along this trail. If I know EPCOT (which I like to think I do), this is set to be the perfect blend of fun, immersion, and learning.
