Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Laura!
Thank you for taking the time to send us a question. It is a pleasure to help you plan a pixie-dusted Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Your Disney adventure is just a couple of weeks away! I am sure you have already started the countdown to the magic, so let’s talk about the next steps you need to follow as you prepare for your visit. Since you have already purchased tickets from a travel agent, please confirm if they will link the tickets to your Disney account (some travel agents provide this service) or if you must do so yourself. If you are responsible for linking tickets to your own account, please request the Disney Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID and visit
Link Tickets.
After successfully linking tickets to your account, be sure to make
Theme Park Reservations for each park you plan to visit. Please note theme park reservations are required to enter a park through January 8, 2024. To plan your visit accordingly, check out
Theme Park Reservation Availability before making reservations. After linking tickets to your account and making theme park reservations, you will be ready to go! You can view tickets and theme park reservations online or on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Open the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, and select "Tickets and Passes". To view your theme park reservations, follow the same steps, but instead of selecting "Tickets and Passes," please select "Future Plans."
planDisney tip: Did you know there are
different ways to access the magic and redeem admission to the theme parks? Guests can use a MagicBand, a physical ticket card, or Disney MagicMobile service.
MagicBands can be purchased at several merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort or in advance at special pre-arrival prices if you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can request a Key to the World card at the Front Desk of your resort. You are also welcome to request physical tickets at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or ticket windows located at the entrance of all theme parks. Finally, you can also use
Disney MagicMobile service, which allows you to create a pass via the My Disney Experience app, link it to your digital wallet, and use an eligible iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android phone to enter the parks and more.
I hope this information is helpful, Laura. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
