We are hoping to book guaranteed access for the fireworks and purchase premier access. The app says this is only available 7days before but I've heard it's available sooner via the website? Is this the case? We booked direct and stay onsite

Bonjour, Laura, and welcome to planDisney! There are so many perks for Disney Hotel guests, from extra time in the theme parks to early booking for the reserved viewing area for nighttime shows. So let’s make sure you’re all set to get the most magic out of your holiday!

If you booked a Hotel + Disney Park Tickets Package directly through Disneyland Paris, you can add Disney Premier Access Ultimate and the reserved viewing area for nighttime shows after you’ve paid for your package in full. One caveat on booking the reserved viewing areas. They’re currently only available to book through June 2026. Additional dates are typically released in batches, so we’ll likely see more dates for later in the year available soon. But when they’re released, you’ll be able to book them before regular guests.

Once you’ve paid for your package in full, go into your reservation on the Disneyland Paris website. Under “Your booking”, you’ll see a section called “Your Extras”. This is where you can add Disney Premier Access Ultimate and the Reserved viewing area for the nighttime shows, as well as other magical extras like guaranteed access for indoor stage shows, character dining, and excursions to Paris.

A quick note on the two types of Disney Premier Access. Ultimate can be purchased in advance and lets you skip the regular queue once for every available attraction (at any time during regular park hours). Disney Premier Access One can only be purchased on the day of your visit for a specific attraction at a set time. Keep in mind that Ultimate and One are subject to availability and can sell out.

The reserved viewing area for Disney Tales of Magic is always a must-do for my family! The show is such a classic Disney experience, and the reserved viewing area gives you such a great view of the fireworks, projections, and water features. I’d recommend leaving plenty of time to get to the check-in area (near the entrance to Frontierland off of Main Street, U.S.A.). As you get closer to showtime, it gets harder to navigate around everyone waiting for the show.

I’m wishing you a magical time at Disneyland Paris this September! And if you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to visit us again at planDisney.
