Hi Debbie!
Welcome back to
planDisney!
You got it! After making your pre-selections for
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you’ll be able to make any modifications you want leading up to your trip and on your park day, pending availability.
As a heads up, if you’re curious about what’s available, but you’re not sure if you actually want to make a modification, you can still click through as if you’re going to make the modification. Then you can cancel if you don’t think it will work with your plans. You’ll only officially make the modification if you click through all of the prompts.
I personally love to see what my options are to set up my park day efficiently. So, if I didn’t snag the return times I was hoping for initially, I click through briefly on the
My Disney Experience app each day leading up to my trip to see if I can make any changes. I’ve had the best luck finding available times that work for us as we get within the final few days before our trip.
One more tip before I let you go! On your park day, remember that you can book another Lightning Lane after every single Lightning Lane you scan into using Lightning Lane Multi Pass. Because of that, I recommend booking and scanning into your first Lightning Lane pre-selection of the day as early as you can. That way, you open up the ability to book another Lightning Lane early…which will in turn give you a better chance at getting those harder-to-get Lightning Lanes on your park day.
Hope that helps! We’ll see you real soon!
