Hey Mariela and thanks for the great question!  How exciting for your son!  Well, first it sounds like you are doing a great job with your planning but let me see if I can help you out with your questions.
With regards to where to watch Wishes, I have several places I like to watch from.  First and foremost I love watching it along Main Street.  This however requires that you scout at your place nice and early.  Also behind the castle is another great place to view the incredible fireworks and thirdly in front of Tomorrowland.
There is a brand new parade at the MK called the Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It Parade and everyone seems to love it.  I think he would also enjoy Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade at AK.  It is great and he will see such characters as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald Duck.
Other suggestions, make sure you don't miss the Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show and Toy Story Mania at DHS.  I really think he will enjoy all of these.
I hope this helps and that you guys have a fantastic WDW vacation.  Thanks so much for coming to the Mom's Panel.
