Hello there Katie!
Thanks so much for bringing us this question. As a collector of memories and photographs, I know how important it is to capture a fleeting but oh-so-special moment in time. Eudora Welty once said, “A good snapshot keeps a moment from running away” and I couldn't agree more. I cherish all our family photos, particularly those from our magical Disney Parks vacations over the years. It's amazing to see how my children have grown from trip to trip and each photo instantly brings me back to all the sights, scents, and sounds of that particular moment.
I'm so glad to hear you took advantage of
Memory Maker for your recent trip since it's a wonderful way to capture your special vacation memories and ensure the whole family gets to be part of the photo. Now that you're home and ready to download all those smiling portraits, you'll find it easiest to batch download online instead of the My Disney Experience App.
online and navigate to the My Disney Experience tab on the menu bar at the top of the page. Hover to select
"My Photos" from the drop-down menu which will bring you to your photo gallery. Once your photos appear, place a checkmark in the box in the upper right corner of an individual photo. You'll notice a new option appear toward the top of your screen to "Select all visible media." Place a checkmark in that box and all the photos will automatically be checked. Then, click the blue download button at the top of the screen to download all your photos.
If you spent a lot of time with
Disney PhotoPass photographers you may notice your photos download in multiple batches. Just be sure to let the process complete and you'll be able to unzip the files and save them to your preferred destination. You'll want to make sure you download everything as photos will expire 45 days from the date of capture.
I hope this was helpful Katie. If you have any additional questions feel free to let us know. We're always glad to help.
Magic and memories,
Amy
