Hi! I would like to know about fireworks this week, specially Friday 31, in the app it says Fantasmic and Together Forever will be happening but in the web page is Fantasmic and Fire of the Rising Moons. Thanks!!

Hello again, Daniel, and welcome back to planDisney!

It's wonderful to see you here again and thank you so much for your question and for your kind words! It would be my pleasure to answer your question and I'm thrilled to see that you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort this time. There's definitely something special about Walt's original Park. It's what I consider my home Park and I hope you enjoy seeing where it all began!

I can understand how there can be some confusion over nighttime entertainment in the Daily Events Schedule. Fireworks are shown in the skies above Disneyland Park on select nights at 9:30 p.m. Together Forever - A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular and Fire of the Rising Moons are two different shows that use the same fireworks but each show has its own soundtrack synchronized to the pyrotechnics.

    • Together Forever - A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular: If you love going "To Infinity and Beyond!," then this is your show! This nighttime spectacular combines lasers, projections, fireworks (on select nights) and music to make the worlds of Pixar come alive. This is the classic Disneyland Park nighttime entertainment that Guests think of when they mention fireworks. It is best viewed in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, on Main Street, U.S.A., at the Rivers of America, or in front of "it's a small world."
    • Fire of the Rising Moons: On the other hand, if saying "It's over Anakin! I have the high ground!" gives you a thrill, then Fire of the Rising Moons is for you. This show is exclusive to Galaxy's Edge and is best viewed near the Millennium Falcon, the speeder garage, or the TIE Echelon Docking Platform (be here if you want to see the new droid Bard). Tohan Lege, the Lore-Weaver, introduces the story as fireworks are set off to the stirring music of John Williams' score. It is incredible to see for a Star Wars fan, especially if Guests bring their lightsabers.

Incidentally, when using the Disneyland website, I had to switch to English to see both shows displayed.

The ideal, of course, is to be able to see both shows on different nights! If you are interested in catching Fantasmic! and Together Forever on the same night, Guests will often watch the first showing at 9:00 p.m. and just wait at the Rivers of America for the fireworks to begin at 9:30 p.m. If you want to watch Fire of the Rising Moons on the same night, I would recommend catching the later showing of Fantasmic! because getting to Galaxy's Edge right after the first showing would be difficult.

Daniel, I hope that this response cleared things up for you. As always, please feel free to write back to us if you think of any more questions. I wish you a truly magical visit to the Disneyland Resort and we'll see ya real soon!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
