Welcome to planDisney, Charla, and thanks for this "udderly" charming question. As someone who eats a plant-based diet, I love discussing all the options at
Walt Disney World Resort. Let's "mooove" right into it!
I recently stayed at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and enjoyed
soy and almond milk from the
Centertown Market Grab & Go. These were single-serving cartons, and they even had chocolate and vanilla flavors. Most resorts offer a mini-fridge, so you could easily stock up when you arrive.
Please remember that specific items can vary by resort and are always subject to availability, but I talked with a friendly Cast Member who said most
Disney Resort Hotels will offer similar non-dairy alternatives.
Another way to ensure you have what you need is to use a grocery delivery service of your choice. Be sure to indicate your resort's address which you can find on the website, and include your name. Groceries are typically left with
Bell Services for you to pick up, but the procedure could vary by resort. Remember that items requiring an ID can't be included, and there might be a nominal fee to have your order delivered to your room.
My final tip is to contact the
Special Dietary Requests team a couple of weeks before your visit. They might offer some tips and ideas to make your visit go smoothly.
Charla, I hope I've "steered" you in the right direction for your upcoming visit. I know it will be magical and full of fun. I want to wish your little one the happiest of birthdays! Please stop by
planDisney anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
