Disney’s Port Orleans Resort- Riverside will be undergoing renovations from early April 2025 through the end of January 2026. The guest rooms in the resort's Magnolia Bend section will be refurbished. I know the Royal Guest rooms are located in this section of the resort, and I can’t say for certain that these rooms are being refurbished, but it is possibly the reason you’re unable to see any availability for those rooms.
I see you’re planning to travel from Australia for your Walt Disney World vacation. According to the
Australian version of the Walt Disney World website, you need to contact a travel agent for assistance in booking your vacation. If you’re interested in another themed room, I really love the rooms at
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, where you can find rooms featuring Cars, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid.
