Hey, I'm coming to disney this November and I LIVE on GSupps energy drink and have a small aluminium jar that I store it in, can I bring this into the park? I'll take a vid of my filling it as proof!

Hi Mary-Kate, and welcome to planDisney!

How exciting that you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort this November! I hope you're able to enjoy all the early holiday magic that Disney rolls out around that time.

Mary-Kate, I totally get wanting to have your go-to energy boost with you for all the magic-filled adventures ahead. Well, I have some good news! Powdered drink mixes are not in the prohibited items list of things that can't be brought into the parks. So, you should have no trouble bringing your energy drink powder with you. Your small aluminum jar should also be fine, as long as it adheres to park guidelines (nothing glass and no loose ice in coolers).

I always bring my own aluminum water bottle and have never had any issues, but keep in mind that security screenings can vary. If a Security Cast Member has any questions, a quick explanation of what’s inside should do the trick!

A little tip: You can request complimentary cups of ice water at most quick-service dining locations to mix your drink on the go. It’s a great way to stay refreshed while soaking in all the magic!

Hope this helps, Mary-Kate! Wishing you an energized and unforgettable visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth.

    See ya real soon!
