Hi Andrew! Thanks for bringing such a great question to planDisney! That is a question that we do receive from time to time here at planDisney. I’m happy to clarify the process for in-park dining!
The Disney Parks are a great place to enjoy Disney Dining experiences! From table service to character dining, the theme parks are home to some of the best dining in the Walt Disney World Resort! In fact, my favorite dining experience,
Be Our Guest Restaurant, is located inside Magic Kingdom Park!
For Guests to enjoy dining inside the Disney Parks, they must have theme park admission for that particular park. For example, when I want to dine at Beast’s Castle at Be Our Guest Restaurant, I need theme park admission for
Magic Kingdom Park. This is true for any restaurant located inside Magic Kingdom Park,
EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Andrew, as you begin planning your in-park dining experiences, you might notice that some early morning and later night dining experiences occur before or after park opening or park closing. If you happen to get any of those reservations, you will be admitted into the park early or allowed to stay in the park late for your dining experience. However, you will still need theme park admission.
Enjoy your Disney Dining experience(s)!
Dreams do come true!
Jonathan
