The Disney Gift Cards that you purchase in Canada can be used to purchase
theme park tickets,
merchandise,
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stays,
dining, and more. While there may be some exceptions here and there, if it's a Disney-owned location, you'll typically be able to use your Disney Gift Card to make your purchases. When it comes to exchange rates, according to the current Canadian Disney Gift Card Terms & Conditions, when you make your purchase in the United States, that transaction is typically converted from U.S. dollars to Canadian dollars and deducted from your card, with your remaining balance staying in Canadian dollars, even though your receipt may show a USD balance estimate. Disney itself does not charge a currency conversion fee at this time, and the exchange rate used is the rate in effect on the date of each transaction. I'd recommend checking out the

As a Canadian resident, please check both the regular
