Hello, I have a 4 month old I will be bringing and we are out of state. I would like to get informed at which rides we will be able to ride as a family please provide information.

    Hello!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for bringing us this great question about the Disneyland Resort. I'm a big fan of introducing little ones to the magic of Disney early on. I brought my own children for the first time when they were both only a few months old, so I’m thrilled to hear you’ll be exploring the theme parks with your baby in tow!

There are dozens of attractions you can enjoy with your little Mouseketeer. If there is no minimum height requirement or it’s listed as being for “any height,” then it’s safe for your baby to ride with you! The attractions list can be filtered by type, age, and height to help you see all the best choices available to your young family.  Some favorites my whole family likes to experience together are “it’s a small world,” Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Peter Pan’s Flight, Pixar Pal-A-Round, and The Little Mermaid - Ariel's Undersea Adventure

For those experiences not suitable for your baby, you can take advantage of the Rider Switch service, which allows Guests with young children who don’t meet the minimum height requirement to take turns experiencing attractions. One adult can ride while the other stays with the baby. When the rider returns, the supervising adult can enjoy the attraction without waiting in line all over again. Simply go to the entrance of the attraction with your family and let a Cast Member know you’d like to use Rider Switch. The ticket of the supervising adult will be scanned at this time and then re-scanned by a Cast Member later when the Rider Switch entitlement is used.

There is a Baby Care Center in each of the two theme parks that will be a helpful resource for you while exploring with your little one! You’ll have access to full-size changing tables, private nursing spaces with comfy chairs, and bottle-prepping areas with a sink and microwave. You can also purchase items like diapers, wipes, pacifiers, some over-the-counter medicines, and other essentials you might need.

I hope this helps answer your question and that your time in the theme parks with family is filled with pixie-dusted moments and magical memories! Please stop by again if you need any more information as your planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
