Hi Ambar,
The Disney dining plans are a wonderful way to maximize trying all of the delicious food at Disney World. We love to get the most out of every snack and meal! Sometimes it is even a game for us to see how great of a deal we can get for a snack.
While the turkey leg would be an epic use of a snack, it is classified as an entree at the locations where it is served. If you look at the menu for my favorite places to grab the Turkey Leg,
Prince Eric's Village Market, and
Fife and Drum Tavern have it either separated on the menu and classified as an entree or listed at a higher price than the rest of the snack options.
Even though you can't use your snack for a Turkey Leg, I promise there are some other epic uses for that snack! I love the I Lava You Float at
Sunshine Tree Terrace in Magic Kingdom, the Traditional Poutine at
Refreshment Port in EPCOT, and the Colossal Cinnamon Roll at
Creature Comforts in Animal Kingdom. Creature Comforts is also a Starbucks location where you can utilize snacks for your favorite Starbucks drink!
The best use of snacks at Disney World by far is utilizing them during one of EPCOT's festivals.
EPCOT's International Food and Wine Festival,
International Flower and Garden Festival, and
International Festival of the Holidays all feature snacks galore! If there is a festival during your visit, I would save some of those snacks to eat around the world at all of the featured booths. The food is next level and a great way to try new things from different cultures. The beauty is that most of the foods at these booths are snacks on the Disney dining plans!
Happy Planning
Jenna
