Hi there Michelle,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for this question. The Disneyland Resort truly is the Happiest Place on Earth and it's so great to hear that you've directly benefitted from its unwavering commitment to accessibility for all Guests!
While there has been a narrowed scope applied to the
Disability Access Service (DAS) specifically to help Guests with developmental disabilities like autism or similar, I'm happy to share that nothing has changed when it comes to the Disneyland Resort's posture of inclusivity to Guests!
There have been significant additions to the
Accessibility at the Disneyland Resort page with many new guides, tools, and resources for planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort for Guests with disabilities. I've also found some really helpful information on the
Accessing Attraction Queues page when thinking about different ways to navigate that aspect of a trip.
I have some members of my family with medical conditions that can make a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth a bit more tricky to navigate, so I'm thankful that there continues to be more of these resources available to help. I'm hopeful that they will help you as well as you plan your trip for later this year!
Thanks again for your question, Michelle! I hope you have a wonderful time during your visit to the Disneyland Resort.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
