My hair dryer is rated 125v 1300 watts. It used in the standard US 110 outlet. Can I bring this onboard?

Hello Merek, and welcome aboard planDisney! Thanks for stopping by as you prepare to set sail.

With your sailing so soon, you must be in the final preparations for your cruise vacation. According to the Disney Cruise Line website,  you may bring your own hair dryer as long as it meets the following guidelines: 110V items should not exceed 1500W, and 220V items should not exceed 2000W. It sounds to me like your hair dryer does not exceed the wattage limit and can be used onboard. For your convenience, a hair dryer is also provided in each stateroom. You can free up some space in your luggage for extra souvenirs if you so choose!

Disney Cruise Line provides a helpful packing checklist to reference as you pack for adventure. I love that you don't need to bring towels for the pool or the beach, as these are provided for your comfort. While I don't pack a towel, I often purchase one as a souvenir. I love choosing a souvenir that I can use at home that reminds me of a wonderful vacation every time I use it.

Have a fantastic sailing! Bon Voyage!
