Hey there, Michael!
We're so glad to see you at planDisney today and happy to help answer all your
Lightning Lane questions. Based on your arrival date of May 12, your 7-day advance booking window as an eligible resort guest opened at 7 am EST today (hooray!). I'm hoping you were able to secure all your must-do experiences! If your boyfriend is not on your resort reservation and purchased tickets separately, his
booking window will open 3 days before his ticket start date.
Unfortunately, there is no way to "merge" plans booked at different times, but I do have a few helpful tips. First, look for overlapping arrival windows when booking his Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Single Pass attractions. You might not be able to secure the exact same times, but since arrival windows are 60 minutes long, you may be able to find times with enough overlap to allow you all to ride together. If you are unable to secure similar times, you can try to
modify your plans to match his arrival windows.
I walked another guest through the process here if you'd like some step-by-step instructions.
Once you all redeem one of your initial 3 selections, you can
book new experiences together, one at a time and subject to availability, through the remainder of the day. Just be sure you are all linked via the
Family & Friends list, and you should see the option to select the appropriate guest's names for each new plan you make together.
I'd also suggest checking availability in the
My Disney Experience app while waiting for your trip to begin and even while enjoying your time in the parks. Guests' plans change all the time, and you may discover new time slots and experiences available, even if they weren't listed as options previously.
Michael, if you have any technical issues while on-site, feel free to stop by and chat with the
Guest Experience Team located under blue umbrellas in the parks. I've needed their help on a few different occasions, and they're always friendly and quick to offer a solution.
Wishing you a magical visit!
Amy
