Hello, I have my groups tickets connected to my account, and they are all visible in my app. I want to know how I can transfer them to each group member so they are able to view them on their apps.

    Hello, Elisabeth!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for submitting your question to us! I'm happy to hear that you've already purchased your tickets. Are your park reservations also booked? It would be my pleasure to help you link those tickets to each of your group members.

Thankfully, it's really easy to link tickets to another Guest. You'll still be the primary on the account since you purchased them so they'll always remain visible to you. But once they're linked to your group, they'll have access to make or modify their park reservations and to book Lightning Lanes (if that option is purchased) on the day of the visit. There are two primary methods to link tickets, so just have them do one of the following:

    • Disneyland website - Reveal the pull-down menu under "My Disneyland" and select "Link Tickets and Passes." On the next screen, they'll need to manually enter the ticket ID number to link it to their MyDisney account.
    • Disneyland Mobile App - Go to the "≡" Features Menu and scroll down until you see the button for "Link to Account." Select that and on the next screen, they may either use their phone's camera to scan the ticket bar code or manually enter the ID number.

And that's all there is to it! Just make sure that everyone in your group has their ticket and a valid park reservation and you're all set for a day of Magic! When will you be visiting? Don't forget to make those all important dining reservations 60 days prior. The rest of the year is looking pretty exciting with Tiana's Bayou Adventure and the Holiday Season both starting on November 15, 2024! And then Disneyland Park celebrates its 70th birthday next year!

Elisabeth, I hope that was a clear explanation but I'm all ears if you need clarification! Don't be a stranger and please feel free to write back if you have more questions. We're always happy to help! Here's wishing that you and your group have a wonderful vacation!

    Have a Magical Day!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
