Hello. I bought 13 tickets for our family renuion in February. My sister just fell and broke her back in 2 places and we arent sure if she will be able to go. Can i have a different family member or friend use her ticket? I paid for all of the tickets.

A warm planDisney welcome to you, Michele! Thank you for visiting and bringing us your question.

To begin, I'm so very sorry to hear about your sister's accident. In the case that your sister cannot join, you can certainly have a different family member or friend use her ticket. Although you can call the Tickets phone line to change the name on the ticket, it is not necessary. This is because once you present the ticket to the Cast Members at the turnstiles, they will take a picture of the Guest using the ticket, and it will belong to them henceforth.

If your sister can join and needs certain accommodations, please know that the Disneyland Resort has a multitude of services for Guests. There is even an Accessibility Services Kiosk located in the Esplanade where Cast Members can provide information regarding the services available at the Theme Parks.

Michele, I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to visit us again with any other questions you have. We are here to help!

    Your Pal,
