Hello, I will have 7 in my group. I want to know if I can put them all in my app as well as some of them also putting their ticket in their ticket in their own app so if they want to leave the park and return later so we all don't have to leave?

Hey there, Cynthia, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for coming to us with your question and how wonderful to see that you have a Disneyland Resort visit planned over the Holiday Season! It's the most festive time to visit and nearly every view you take in is picture-worthy!

I'm glad that you're thinking ahead about how to manage your group of seven Guests. I'm happy to report that the Disneyland Mobile App will be able to support linking all seven tickets together. If you want them all linked on your phone, this can be done in one of two ways:

    1. Open the Disneyland Mobile App on your phone. Go to the Features Menu and scroll down to select "Link to Account." On the next screen, use your phone's camera to scan the bar code of the ticket you'd like to link to your MyDisney account. You could also manually enter the ticket ID number.
    2. On the Disneyland website, reveal the pull-down menu under "My Disneyland" and select "Link Tickets and Passes." Enter the ticket ID number that you'd like to link to your account.

Once all the tickets are linked to your account, you'll be able to manage the day for everyone in your group. You'll have access to park reservations and, during your visit, be able to book Lightning Lanes and Virtual Queues for everyone.

If someone in your group needs their ticket linked to their own phone, then have them follow the procedures outlined above to do so. That way, they'll be able to access it on their own and can display their ticket for Park re-entry if necessary.

The Holidays are a very special time of year to visit and this year, it'll be even more so thanks to the opening of Tiana's Bayou Adventure on November 15, 2024! And if you happen to see one, I would highly recommend trying a Mickey Gingerbread. I simply could not get enough of these! There are so many Holiday Experiences coming just around the corner and I know you're going to have so much fun!

Cynthia, I hope this information was useful for you and I wish you a truly magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Please feel free to write back if you have more questions. We're always happy to help!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
