I’m sorry you cannot locate your ticket information in your MyDisney account! If you bought your tickets outside of the
official Disneyland Resort website or
Disneyland Mobile App, then they may need to be uploaded into your MyDisney account. Luckily, the process of uploading
theme park ticket information is easier than trying to pronounce “
supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”!
Be sure to download the Disneyland mobile app and log into your MyDisney account. Click on the (☰) at the bottom right-hand of the screen and tap "My Tickets & Passes." You should be able to see your tickets on this page. If you don’t see the information here, click on the (+) at the top right of the screen and again on “Link Tickets & Passes”. You can manually upload the ticket numbers (check the confirmation email from your purchase and type in the confirmation number) into the account or scan the barcode from the confirmation email, and just like magic, your tickets should now show in your MyDisney account!
If you still have difficulty locating ticket information, you can speak with a friendly Cast Member on the
Tickets line who would be happy to help you upload your ticket information. You can also save your ticket into Apple Wallet and a Cast Member will scan the code at the entrance gates into the parks. Then all that’s left to do is countdown the days until you visit the Happiest Place on Earth!
