Greetings to you, Neetu, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for coming to us with your question and I'm excited to see that you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort during the
Holiday Season this year! It's one of the most beautiful times to visit and you're in for a special treat because the Grand Lobby of your Resort,
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, is so beautifully decorated with lots of festive touches. My kids and I love looking for hidden Mickeys in there and then sipping on hot chocolates while lounging by the fire.
I'm happy to report that cribs and Pack 'N Plays are available for Guests of the Hotel at no extra charge. Just request them when you check in or call down to the front desk from your room and they will bring them up to you. Unfortunately, boosters seats and high chairs are not offered. If you are dining out, however, many restaurants will provide them for you.
Over this Holiday visit, be sure to take some time to enjoy
A Christmas Fantasy Parade. It's been one of my favorite parades held at the Resort and you'll be humming the song long after the last float has passed!
Fun Fact: Disneyland Park's very first Christmas parade in 1955 looked very different than what it is today. In fact, it contained live animals, clowns, and Mouseketeers because it was the
Mickey Mouse Club Circus! This short-lived show would only last for six weeks and took place in the approximate place where the Matterhorn now stands.
Neetu, I wish you and your family a truly magical Holiday visit to the Merriest Place on Earth and please return to us again if you have more questions. We'd love to continue helping you plan your trip and we'll see ya real soon!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
