Hi Rebecca!
Welcome to planDisney! I’m sorry you are struggling to find your reservations. That doesn’t sound very magical at all! Not to worry, I have a few ideas that might work for you. Let’s see if we can get it figured out!
I think it is always easier if you have an issue, to access things through
My Disney Experience on a desktop computer. The
My Disney Experience Mobile App is best for on-the-go use, and while on vacation, but the pre-planning I think is easier on the desktop version. Once signed into your account, look to the right side of the menu and select My Disney Experience. From there, choose My Plans, and scroll down to see if your reservations are there.
The next idea if you don’t see them under My Plans, are you sure have you linked them? If you made a reservation on the phone, with a travel agent, a third-party booking website, or through
Disney Vacation Club, you will need to manually link your Disney’s BoardWalk Inn or Villas reservation number and your ticket confirmation number for them to appear in your My Disney Experience Account. In the My Plans section, you’ll find options to link hotel and ticket reservations.
If you don’t see them but know you have linked them, make sure you are using the correct My Disney Experience Account. I’ve had other Guests forget that they have two accounts and have booked on one account, but are looking for a reservation on a different account. Or if someone else booked a vacation with you as one of the Guests, has that other person linked to you through
Family & Friends and connected you to the reservation? Sometimes other folks will just create a new you in their account, rather than linking to your existing account.
Rebecca, if none of these ideas work, and you are still struggling, I recommend you
call Disney Reservations so that a Cast Member can go through your specific account information and find out where the snag is.
Sending you pixie dust for an easy fix!
