Hi there Chrissy,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! It looks like you're planning a trip during the spookiest time of year - the
Halloween season!
Currently, to visit the parks of the Disneyland Resort, you need both valid
theme park tickets and a
theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit.
When you purchase theme park tickets, they'll have an expiration date that they need to be used by that is usually between one and two years from the original purchase date. Therefore, the first thing we'll want to do is see if your theme park tickets have expired. My preferred way to check this is by searching for the original purchase confirmation email in my email inbox, which you can find by searching for "Disneyland Confirmation." In that email, you'll see the expiration date for the tickets.
If they have not expired, then all you'll need to do is set up a
theme park reservation for each day that you're planning to visit the parks! I've found the
My Plans hub to be a great spot to make and manage all the different reservation types you might need during a trip.
If your tickets have expired, you can
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line and they should be able to apply the value of your expired tickets toward the purchase of new tickets - depending on your original ticket type.
Thanks again for your question, Chrissy! You're well on your way toward your next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. I hope you have a great time!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
