    Hi, if we go on a non-"mickeys not so scary" day are we still able to get the Halloween treats they have created? Are there still Characters dressed in Halloween attire during the day time or is this specific to only that special event.

    Hey Howdy Hey Tiffiany and welcome to planDisney! 

    In just a few days, you will be on your way to the Most Magical Place on Earth, how terrifyingly exciting! Thank you for stopping by with your question about Halloween offerings in the parks outside of Mickey's Not-So-Scarry Halloween party. I will do my best to give you the most up-to-date information so you can better plan your vacation. 

    While visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in the fall is a great time to visit for so many reasons, having the option to partake in the Halloween festivities is one of the big draws. One of the most unique and exclusive ways to celebrate the season is during Mickey's Not-So-Scarry Halloween party. These offerings such as special treats, character meet-in-greets and Character attire are specific to the party and typically are not found outside of the event. The Disney Parks Blog has a full article dedicated to the offerings that will only be available during the party. 

    One big way to celebrate the Halloween season is with specialty treats. I am happy to report that Disney also offers many unique Halloween treats throughout the resort, available while supplies last at many locations. You can also check out the Disney Parks Blog Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to Halloween Treats at Walt Disney World Resort 2024 for the full list and locations to visit. This can be a super fun way to spend some time resort hopping and trying out the many Halloween offerings the resorts have to offer. One special way to spend an evening would be to hop aboard the Walt Disney World Monorail and check out all the resorts surrounding the Magic Kingdom. You can pair your visit with a tasty treat and if you time things right, you can even see Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks from the resorts. The beach at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is my favorite place to watch the fireworks outside of the park.
