Planning on staying at the boardwalk inn resort in march 2025 but only doing one park day so I won't be doing a package, can we still stay for the extra evening hours?

Hey Howdy Hey Suzanne and welcome back to planDisney!

There are so many benefits to staying onsite with a Disney Resorts hotel and extra time in the parks is one of the big ones! While Early Theme Park Entry is a great option, my girls are more night owls and Extended Evening Theme Park Hours are more our style when in the parks! I will be happy to give you the details on how to take advantage of this great offer.

Unlike Early Theme Park Entry, Extended Evening Hours does have a requirement on resort stays you mentioned. Guests Staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort, Disney Deluxe Villa Resort or other qualifying resorts will have this opportunity to experience the park during these hours. Also unlike the early entry, these hours are not every day and only happen in select parks. As long as you have a theme park ticket and are going during a time when these hours are offered, it does not matter if you booked a vacation package or not as long as you have a ticket and are staying at a qualifying resort. I would encourage you to keep an eye on the Hours & Events Calendar as the time gets closer so you know which parks on which days will offer these hours.

Another thing you might want to keep in mind about benefits is some new ones on the horizon for next year. New in 2025, Guests staying at a Disney Resorts hotel will have complimentary water park entry on the day of their check-in. This may come in handy for you next year so you can enjoy the water parks and relax a bit on your arrival day!

Please let us know if you have any further questions about your vacation next year, we are always looking for a reason to talk about Disney Parks!
