Seasons greetings, Laura Rae!
Oh my garland! Your
Walt Disney World holiday adventure is just around the corner. I can only imagine how excited you must be! I'd be delighted to share the latest on the evening entertainment at
Magic Kingdom Park, so let's get
snowing!
Next week,
Frozen Holiday Suprise will be performed in front of Cinderella Castle nightly at 6:15 PM. This 7-minute show is brief but dazzling. You'll love watching Elsa and her crew transform the castle with sparkling decor. About 90 minutes later,
Happily Ever After will light up the night sky at 8 PM.
For the best view of the fireworks, I recommend finding a spot at least 30 minutes before showtime. Last week, my planDisney pals and I popped outside after dinner just ten minutes before Happily Ever After began, and we could only find partially obstructed views. If you'd like to watch from the hub in front of Cinderella Castle, consider staking out a spot an hour in advance. As showtime nears, there's often better viewing further down Main Street, U.S.A., toward the park entrance.
Best wishes for a majestic evening, Laura Rae! Happily Ever After is my favorite nighttime spectacular in Walt Disney World, so I make sure to catch it on every trip. Afterward, I love sticking around to enjoy the park's ambiance or experience a few attractions to avoid the busiest transportation times. Tomorrowland is especially lovely at night, so I usually head there for a relaxing spin on
Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress or a breezy ride on the
Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover.
Thanks again for visiting planDisney, and have a happy holiday season! We look forward to welcoming you "home" soon.
