Karen, when it is time to complete your online check-in, you can check in separately. If you have the same
Castaway Club status and check in around the same time, you should be able to select
port arrival times that are the same or close to each other. If those times do differ, arrive at the later time if you'd like to board together. You can also keep checking up to 3 days before you set sail to see if any earlier times become available. If y'all are using
Disney Cruise Line ground transportation, you do not need to worry about port arrival times. For your
online check-in, each of you will need a headshot or selfie from the shoulders up, a photo of your valid passport or government-issued photo ID, an emergency contact name and number, a credit card number for your onboard account (cash accounts can be set up as well), and your flight information if flying. When you complete the process, you'll have an option to print off your Port Arrival form with your QR code or save the QR code to your mobile wallet. This code will help with all the check-in procedures for your sailing, so keep it handy on embarkation day.
