Brandi, the short answer to your question is yes, everyone in your
stateroom can complete the online check-in separately and may have different port arrival times. With that said, if you are all the same
Castaway Club level and check in at the same time, your port arrival times options should be close together. If you'd all like to
board together but don't receive the same time, you have a few options: keep checking to see if earlier times become available up to 3 days before you set sail, use
Disney Cruise Line transportation to the port, as no port arrival time will be needed, or all board together in the latest assigned time. When I've sailed with friends in the same stateroom, I've completed the online check-in for the entire group because my Castaway Club status was higher than theirs, and I was able to select the earliest boarding time available for all of us. But doing it this way
does require some planning ahead of time. First, you'll need a selfie, passport/government ID, emergency contact (name and phone number), credit card information for the onboard accounts, and travel information to and from the port (airline/flight number/time if flying) for each friend. The selfie and passport/government ID pictures do need to be clear and include all the details in the photo. For credit card information, I usually add mine for the entire stateroom and let my friends go back to change it to their cards before we sail (up to 3 days before embarking to make these changes online). You can also stop by
Guest Services once onboard to make sure all cards are linked to the correct account. If you decide to arrive separately, please make sure each member has their printed QR code or has it downloaded to a mobile device to check in at the terminal. If you arrive together and plan to board together, you can use the same QR code for all of you. Be sure to keep it handy because you'll show it multiple times!
